  Dr. Frey's office is extremely family friendly with toys and books in the waiting room for kids and magazines for adults. The office staff is friendly. We did have to wait for a little while before our appointments but not more than about 15 minutes or so, so it wasn't an outrageous wait, and that is my only complaint with this office. They did very thorough x-rays, Dr. Frey is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing and also to get a complete history. My family just moved into the area, so we are new patients to this office, and on calling, I was told I would need two appointments, the first to get x-rays and meet with Dr. Frey and then to come back for the cleaning. This made me hesitate a little, because I really would have preferred to do it in one visit, but after the exam with Dr. Frey, I understood why. He took more time and care than any other dentist I have ever been to. The appointment with my son also went surprisingly well. They were patient, gentle, and did not seem at all annoyed when he was less than cooperative. My son was especially excited to pick the flavor of toothpaste they used for his cleaning. When we left, he said that if he needed to, he wouldn't mind coming back again the next day. I would definitely recommend Dr. Frey.
